LA Fitness in Randolph, New Jersey, was awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. on a Lump Sum hard bid. This project was a renovation of an old supermarket into a new health club. The project consisted of selective structural demolition, shoring, and complete interior demolition, including the floor slab. Once the demo was finished, new structural steel was added, as well as a new roof and slab, and complete interior fit-out, including full locker room, daycare, swimming pool and spa, and basketball court. This project was completed in five months.
